CHCS phone upgrade August 11-19

Community HealthCare System is upgrading its phone system at all locations August 11-19. The upgrade will be done largely after hours, but clinics will close early on some days. The schedule and important information about clinic hours and emergency contacts are listed below.

Upgrades will take place on the following dates:

  • Westmoreland Clinic: Aug. 11. Clinic closes at 3:00 p.m.
  • Frankfort Clinic: Aug. 15. Clinic closes at 3:00 p.m.
  • Centralia Clinic and Eastridge: Aug. 15. Clinic hours will not be affected. Eastridge phones will be down from approximately 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. If you need to reach someone at Eastridge during this time, call 785-294-0551.
  • Holton Family Health Center: Aug. 16. The clinic and specialty clinic will close at 3:00 p.m. Lab and Radiology will be unavailable, but Therapy will remain open.
  • St. Marys Family Health Center and St. Marys Manor: Aug. 17. The clinic will close at 3:00 p.m. and will not hold evening hours. Lab and Radiology will be unavailable, but Therapy will remain open. St. Marys Manor phone will be down approximately 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. If you need to reach someone at the Manor during this time, call 785-207-4446 or 785-207-9146.
  • Onaga Clinic, Hospital: Aug. 18 & Aug. 19. This is a two-day process because of the large number of phones. The clinic will close at 3:00 on Thursday, August 18. Clinic and Hospital phones will be upgraded first, and that process is planned to be completed by around 12 midnight. Hospital phones and Emergency Department phones will be down for approximately two hours Thursday evening, but a single-line phone will be available for emergencies.
