Community HealthCare System is proud to announce it has received three American Heart Association Get With The Guidelines® Rural Recognition Awards, recognizing our commitment to providing high-quality, evidence-based care for patients experiencing heart disease and stroke.
For 2026, Community HealthCare System received the following recognitions:
- Get With The Guidelines® Rural Heart Failure – Gold
- Get With The Guidelines® Rural Coronary Artery Disease – NSTE-ACS – Silver
- Get With The Guidelines® Rural Stroke – Bronze
The American Heart Association's Get With The Guidelines® program recognizes hospitals that consistently follow the latest evidence-based treatment guidelines to improve patient outcomes. These awards reflect a hospital's dedication to delivering timely, effective care that helps reduce complications, improve recovery, and save lives.
