Community HealthCare System has earned a 5-Star Patient Experience Rating from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) for the second consecutive year, placing CHCS among hospitals receiving the agency's highest recognition for patient experience.
The rating is based on the Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HCAHPS) survey, which captures feedback directly from patients about their hospital stay. Patients evaluate areas such as communication with nurses and physicians, staff responsiveness, cleanliness, discharge planning, and their overall experience.
Receiving five stars two years in a row demonstrates that the exceptional care patients experience at CHCS is not a one-time achievement—it is part of our culture.
