Our Team

Our team includes professionals with degrees in kinesiology, physical education, and exercise, each focused on assisting clients in making lifestyle enhancements and fitness advancements. We complete continuing education throughout the year to stay current in the field. Our certified, knowledgeable staff will get you on your way with individual attention and care. Members are invited to exercise in any of our four locations.

Whether you’re making your first foray into fitness and wellness or enjoying peak performance, we can help you go farther faster to achieve lasting results.

Our Team of Certified Personal Trainers provides the following services:

Orientation. A staff member will give a tour of our facility, train you how to best use our equipment, teach proper lifting form and techniques, get you started with a workout, and answer any questions you may have.

Fitness assessment. Certified staff will assess your fitness abilities, check baseline measurements, and record and help you achieve your personal goals.

Personal workout program. Trainers can put together a customized program designed just for you based on your fitness assessment and goal setting.

Aerobic classes. Stay motivated with one of our many group exercise classes.

Personal training. Not seeing the results you want? Bored with your routine? Tried everything else? A personal trainer will help keep you motivated with one-on-one training.

Indoor pool and spa. Get a great workout that is easy on your joints, and enjoy the benefits water exercise can provide in our indoor heated pool. Then relax in our spa! Lap swimming, classes, swimming lessons and pool parties are available.

Sports conditioning. Improve your strength, speed, endurance, power, agility, balance, coordination and flexibility. Summer camps, one-on-one sessions and other programs available. Grades 3 through 12 are welcome. Programs vary by location.
