Important Dates:
Initial enrollment period for all new Medicare plans is 3 months before turning 65 through 3 months after to avoid penalty.
Open enrollment for traditional Medicare, to make
changes, is Oct 15-Dec 7. Medicare Advantage Open Enrollment Jan 1- Mar 31.
