Often patients need frequent evaluations and monitoring as a part of their care. Welcome to the Community HealthCare System Laboratory. With state-of-the-art equipment, the CHCS Laboratory supports physicians at CHCS and elsewhere by performing testing services for diagnostic and therapeutic evaluations that help monitor your condition and identify potential problems. Our compassionate, professional staff takes great care to provide for your comfort while performing testing services as quickly, conveniently, and safely as possible. Our lab is certified by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments program. 

The lab's client base is made up of physicians in private practice, community clinics, rehabilitation centers, long-term care facilities, affiliate hospitals and various other institutes. Each patient's needs and care is different. Always consult your physician for more information about which tests are needed for you.

For your convenience, the locations above are collection stations for laboratory specimens that will be analyzed at the CHCS Laboratory. CHCS has also been designated as a collection site for Quest.
