Patient Satisfaction

Another way we assess and improve quality at CHCS is by listening to you. How did we do?

CHCS has enlisted the services of National Research Corporation, NRCPicker, a nationally recognized leader in the patient satisfaction industry, to administer patient satisfaction surveys to our patients. 

Of all the questions we ask, perhaps the best indicator of a high-quality experience is your likelihood to recommend our health care services to others. A higher likelihood to recommend has been shown to be strongly related to greater overall satisfaction1. Patients indicate their likelihood to recommend our services, alongside other questions provided on patient satisfaction surveys.

So if you have been a patient in the hospital, seen a provider in the clinic or received outpatient services, you may receive a patient satisfaction survey from NRCPicker. We would appreciate if you would take the time to complete the survey so that we may learn from your experience or recognize areas with strengths.
