Responsible for the day-to-day management of the facility to ensure the delivery of high quality services as determined by the residents and their families. Responsible for ensuring operation of a program that is consistent with philosophy of assisted living. 

  • Manage, outline and coordinate services for residents who my require assistance with eating, bathing, taking medication and other basic functions.  
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the assisted living facilities and ensure that all staff are providing high quality.  
  • Promptly reports any problems or concerns to the Director. 
  • Maintains a quality improvement program.  
  • Manages and resolves conflicts of residents and families to a positive conclusion for all parties.  
  • Ensure a safe and sanitary environment is provided for staff and residents; makes efforts to reduce safety hazards, accidents and injuries.  
  • Ensure new and current residents are meeting criteria to stay in an Assisted Living Facility.  
  • Supervise assisted living staff and perform tasks such as hiring, evaluating, and assigning duties to assisted living staff.  
  • Ensure residents receive the care they are to receive.  
  • Responsible for marketing and outreach opportunities, building resident census and enhancing relationships in neighboring communities.  
  • Supports and abides by the mission, values, and policies of CHCS in all activities.
  • On-going compliance with CHCS educational requirements.
  • All other duties as required.
